Hiring: Chicago Based BRAND AMBASSADORS

ROVM Hard Kombucha is seeking a few dynamic individuals to add to our sales team for the greater Chicagoland area. This is a part-time brand ambassador role supporting ROVM’s growth while reporting to the team at Pilot Project Brewing to activate ROVM’s marketing and sales strategy. The position reports directly to Pilot Project Brewing’s Director of Sales and is involved day-to-day with ROVM’s founding leadership. This role will be responsible for supporting key account tastings, managing event activations, and supporting key partnerships with local Chicago businesses. 

Position: Part-time

Location: Logan Square, Chicago

This position is responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for supporting, organizing, and executing brand activations (primarily tastings) at key accounts and brand activations (yoga studios, festivals, restaurants).  Expectation is that you plan and execute minimum one event per month.

  • Available to work nights and weekends as necessary.

  • Ability to work events, as well as on and off-premise tastings to support sales efforts at retail accounts as needed.

  • Coordinate deliveries with delivery drivers including the ability to deliver directly as needed.

Support distributor and retail accounts through:

  • Perform 2 to 3-hour sampling events at retail and on-premise accounts

  • Engage with consumers on the brand’s story, flavor, and product benefits 

  • Support activations with social media content (photos, videos) 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application

  • Passionate about the beverage industry, bonus if you love ROVM hard kombucha

  • Strong network of local brand partners and influencers in the Chicago area

  • Able to lift 30 lbs. and stand for long periods of time required

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with a variety of people 

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Evening, holiday, and weekend availability required

  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership
